We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our Administrative team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance.   • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product or service recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Stay up to date with company policies, products, and services to offer accurate guidance.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements to foster better customer experiences.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating and using a range of digital tools, including CRM systems and communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace for remote work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (higher education or certifications in customer service are a plus).

The pay range for this role is:
30 - 36 USD per hour(Remote (Carmel, Indiana, US))
