I am looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with knowledge of sports cards to help source raw cards online with high potential for PSA/BGS grading (9–10). The focus will be on specific players (both all-time legends and current stars), and the role will require careful evaluation of listings, condition, and market value. This is a research-heavy role where accuracy and eye for detail are critical. The right candidate will help build a steady pipeline of profitable cards by spotting undervalued raw inventory across platforms like eBay, MySlabs, Facebook groups, and online auctions. Responsibilities: • Search online marketplaces daily (eBay, MySlabs, PWCC, etc.) for raw cards of specific players provided in a target list. • Evaluate card images for grading potential (centering, corners, edges, surface). • Check comps and PSA population reports to ensure profit potential after grading. • Build and maintain a spreadsheet with card leads including: • Player name & card details (year, set, parallel) • Platform & seller link • Asking price vs. recent comps • Notes on condition (centered, clean edges, etc.) • Highlight best daily opportunities and provide a concise summary of why each card is worth pursuing. Requirements: • Knowledge of the sports card hobby, grading standards, and market trends. • Strong research and detail-oriented skills, especially in evaluating card condition from photos. • Ability to use market tools (eBay sold comps, PSA Pop Reports, 130point, etc.). • Reliable communication and daily updates via spreadsheet. • Fluent in English with clear written communication. Preferred: • Previous experience in sports card collecting, grading, or flipping. • Familiarity with players from baseball, basketball, football, and emerging stars (e.g., Victor Wembanyama, Shohei Ohtani, Paul Skenes, etc.). Commitment & Pay: • Starting at 5–10 hours per week with potential to scale. • Competitive hourly rate or fixed weekly pay depending on experience. • Long-term role for the right candidate.
