I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to support me across both business and operations as I acquire and relaunch a restaurant in Denver, Colorado. This is a hybrid role: part executive assistant, part hospitality operations coordinator, part guest experience assistant. If you are extremely organized, a strong communicator, and love creating order out of chaos — you’ll thrive here. Responsibilities include: Guest Experience + CRM (Daily) Pull guest lists from reservation and POS systems (training provided) Draft warm, human follow-up messages for guests Update and maintain a guest CRM (preferences, notes, visit history) Prepare a simple “guest of the day” briefing for the restaurant manager Track guest feedback and patterns Operations + Admin Assist with employee onboarding paperwork (W-4, I-9, payroll info) Maintain Google Drive folders + internal documentation Update operational calendars (deadlines, licenses, renewals, etc.) Help prepare SOPs, checklists, and project trackers Organize product/vendor info (training provided) Executive Support Inbox triage and clean-up Calendar management Draft professional communications Summaries, notes, and follow-ups Light personal admin You’re a great fit if you: Are extremely organized Love structure and clear systems Communicate clearly and proactively Have excellent written English (warm, human, professional) Can work independently and self-manage Can meet a daily morning deadline (by ~10am Mountain Time) Are comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic tech Want to grow into a long-term role Bonus points if you have: Hospitality, restaurant, or hotel experience CRM experience Operations or project-management experience Hours: 20–30 hrs/week to start, with room to grow. Compensation: $7–$10/hour depending on experience.
