We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) to help introduce our services to local businesses by phone and email. You’ll be given a complete starter kit with scripts, email templates, and a tracker — your goal is to build connections and generate interest in our printing services. Responsibilities Call small and medium-sized local businesses in Dallas–Fort Worth (U.S. numbers provided). Follow our provided call script and log each call in Google Sheets. Collect and confirm contact information (email, business name, contact person). Send follow-up emails using our Outlook templates. Record daily call totals and update the status of each contact (Interested, Follow-Up, or No Interest). Communicate results and progress at the end of each workday. Requirements Clear English speaking voice and confident communication. Experience in customer service, sales, or outbound calling preferred. Ability to follow scripts and track details accurately in Google Sheets. Stable internet connection and quiet working environment. Must be available to call during U.S. business hours (CST). Dedicated Outlook email login Onboarding checklist and training materials. Bonuses for strong performance and consistent results. Compensation Hourly rate: $4–$6 USD/hour (based on experience and English fluency). Weekly hours: 10–20 hours/week to start, with potential for full-time. Performance-based raises after 60 days.
