Summary I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant who can help manage LinkedIn outreach and CRM support for my business. My objective is to connect with entrepreneurs and referral partners in industries where access to capital is critical and build structured outreach campaigns that drive sales conversations. This role will start with LinkedIn outreach (using my Sales Navigator account and automation tools like LinkedHelper or similar) and evolve into helping me shape my CRM processes in GoHighLevel (GHL). Messaging templates and email copy are already developed ( but I am opened to feedback) you’ll be responsible for executing campaigns, tracking activity, and making sure everything runs smoothly. About My Business (Objectives) Objective 1: Helping high-level entrepreneurs get approved for capital. Many entrepreneurs are either unaware of why they can’t get approved or don’t know the right process. I provide solutions for: Bad credit → Credit Repair (2 offers: $1,500 for 1–3 rounds, $5,500 expedited in 1 round). Clients get a full refund + free tradeline if no results in 30 days. Good credit but no business / high-risk industry → Aged Corporations for business funding. Good credit but missing requirements (2+ years in business or $10K+ revolving line) → Primary Tradelines to strengthen their profile before funding. Objective 2: Partnering with Mortgage Brokers & Realtors. Many lose deals when clients can’t qualify due to poor credit. I step in to repair credit quickly so brokers and agents close more deals, while also helping those clients rebuild long-term with credit builders or tradelines. I’m also targeting specific niches where these partnerships and solutions add value: Real Estate Investors & Developers Medical Staffing & Home Healthcare Government Contractors Fleet Owners (Cars/Trucks) General Contractors (Construction) Realtors Mortgage Brokers Debt Settlement Companies Collections Agencies (Medical/Auto Debt) Bankruptcy Law Firms Buy-Here-Pay-Here Auto Dealers / Subprime Lenders Responsibilities Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests + follow-up DMs) using LinkedHelper or a similar automation tool. Send ~20 targeted LinkedIn requests per day via Sales Navigator. Monitor accepted connections and trigger the correct message/email sequence (templates provided). Tag, track, and update lead status in Google Sheets and/or GHL. Assist in building out my CRM workflow in GoHighLevel, based on my process outline. Ensure no overlap between LinkedIn DMs and email follow-ups (automation logic already mapped out). Report weekly metrics: requests sent, acceptance %, replies, meetings booked. Provide proactive suggestions on improving efficiency, outreach, and follow-up flow. Requirements Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and preferably LinkedHelper (or comparable automation tools such as Expandi, Dripify, etc.). Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) (I need a CRM pipeline, I have an Idea of how I want it built but open to ideas). Strong English writing and communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to follow structured messaging/automation processes. Understanding of B2B prospecting, appointment setting, or partnership development. Based in a timezone with overlap to U.S. business hours. Open-minded and able to adapt as processes grow (email + Zapier workflows, etc.). Knows how to set-up and warm up domains for email automation
