We have an open position for a virtual assistant intake admin specifically from the Philippines who has strong English language skills and fluency. APPLICANT MUST HAVE PAST EXPERIENCE AS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT! MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON U.S. CENTRAL STANDARD TIME This is for Ongoing work for up to 40 hours/week. JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to: - Answering inbound and making outbound calls - Data entry - Following up on prospects You must be able to: - Speak well and clearly - Work quickly and efficiently - Be responsive to communication - Use Slack to receive instructions and communication You must have: - Reliable fast speed internet and back up internet - A quiet working environment - Back up internet and data PREFERRED: Experience working at a law firm. Specifically, experience with estate planning issues.
