We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can elevate our brand through creative digital strategies, impactful video content, and data-driven advertising. Key Responsibilities Video Production & Editing: Film and edit engaging property tours, client testimonials, and social media content using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. Create YouTube shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok videos that highlight listings, community features, and market insights. YouTube & Google Ads Management: Develop and manage YouTube ad campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and ROI. Run Google Ads and retargeting campaigns to generate qualified leads and traffic to listings. Google My Business & SEO: Optimize and update Google My Business listings for all office locations. Implement local SEO strategies to increase search visibility and ranking. Content Creation & Blogging: Write or oversee blog posts highlighting market updates, home-selling tips, community spotlights, and client success stories. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and SEO goals. Brand Development: Manage consistent visual identity across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, website, and print). Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas, event promotions, and seasonal initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or lifestyle industries Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Canva Strong knowledge of YouTube and Google Ads Manager Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Experience with WordPress or blogging (a plus) Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Studio insights)
