Hey there! 👋 I’m John, the founder of a fast-growing social media and marketing agency based in Nashville, TN. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced virtual assistant who can become a long-term part of my team. If you’re in Nashville, I’d love to be able to meet locally! This role will support me across a variety of tasks including: • Social media content creation (posts, captions, basic graphics, etc.) • Scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. • Facebook Ads and Google Ads assistance (setting up, monitoring, optimizing) • Creating monthly performance reports for clients • Research and admin tasks as needed You must be located in the U.S. and have prior experience with social media management and paid advertising platforms. I’m looking for someone who: • Is proactive and takes ownership of tasks • Communicates clearly and meets deadlines • Can think creatively, but also follow systems • Is looking for long-term, steady work with room to grow This is a part-time, ongoing role that could expand over time. I want this to be a real working relationship, not just task-based help.
