I need a virtual assistant to handle a repetitive real estate research and data entry task. Using my PropStream account, you’ll go through a list of recently flipped properties and look up the ownership LLC on Bizapedia. From there, you’ll identify the registered agent or owner’s primary address, locate that property in PropStream, and save it in my Favorites list. Each saved property must include notes with the owner’s LLC entity, the original flipped property address, and the construction loan lender if available. This task is straightforward, requires minimal decision-making, and I will provide a training video to show the exact steps. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are important. This will be an ongoing project for the right candidate. If you do a good job on the initial batch, there will be continuous work available as we have a large volume of data that needs to be processed.
