Seeking a friendly and dependable Virtual Assistant to help identify potential home buyers or sellers in the Macon, GA area. The role involves researching local Facebook groups, including but not limited to community pages, housing posts, Marketplace listings, FSBO sites, relocation groups, and real estate discussion forums to find potential real estate leads within 10 minutes of Macon, GA. I typically expect 2–4 verified leads per week based on 2 hours of research. You will send screenshots or links for each verified lead, and I will handle all follow-up conversations. This is a flexible, part-time position starting at approximately 2 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing if things go well. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys online research and feels comfortable navigating social media groups.
