We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help generate, organize, and manage housing leads using tools like Furnished Finder, Zillow, Facebook, and AI automation platforms. Your role will involve identifying and contacting property owners, insurance housing specialists, relocation coordinators, and senior/rehab housing partners throughout California. You’ll organize leads, schedule meetings, follow up with clients, and assist in matching families and individuals with suitable housing. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours, training, and performance-based monthly bonuses. You’ll work closely with the CEO, contributing directly to meaningful housing solutions while learning advanced systems for real estate lead management and AI automation.
