We are NOWFit, a fast-growing company working with some of the biggest online fitness creators and personal trainers. We are expanding rapidly and looking for multiple Virtual Assistants to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in online personal training client management and wants to grow with a company scaling quickly. You’ll be supporting coaches who manage medium to large client bases, helping them stay organized and deliver an incredible client experience. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day client communication and tasks. - Support coaches using online fitness platforms/software. - Organize and track client progress, check-ins, and updates. - Assist with task management, workout plan updates, meal plan updates and reminders. - Ensure timely and professional communication with clients. - Adapt quickly to fast-moving workflows and team needs. Requirements: - Strong experience in online personal training or client management. - Familiarity with online coaching platforms/software. - Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual is a huge plus). - Highly organized, efficient, and able to work at speed. - Comfortable managing medium to large client bases. - Proactive, growth-oriented mindset — eager to be part of a fast-scaling team.
