The ideal candidate will manage incoming/outgoing calls, as well as CRM communications, and provide information on novel treatments to convert prospects into active clients. The candidate will schedule consultations and appointments in the EHR, communicate with the biller for insurance verifications, respond to and update social media, and handle administrative tasks to support the practice owner. Background in healthcare or familiarity with mental health is necessary. This role is crucial in instilling confidence in the public about our practice and enhancing client satisfaction.
