We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our consulting business on a full-time or part-time basis. We're looking for someone who can assist with general administrative and organizational support. Typical tasks may include: Managing email organization and follow-up reminders Calendar management and scheduling Document formatting, proofreading, and simple data entry Creating spreadsheets or tracking logs Preparing basic reports or summaries Assisting with file organization (SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.) Helping streamline repetitive tasks or processes Light research and drafting emails Coordinating small projects and tracking progress We're building a long-term support team, so reliability, communication, and attention to detail are important qualities.
