Description: We’re a small startup building tools for independent cafés, and we need help expanding our lead list. We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who I can train long-term to research and verify coffee shops in the U.S. that use Square POS. The process will go city by city (starting in California). Responsibilities: Research independent coffee shops in a given city Verify if they use Square POS (via website, online ordering links, social media, or google images) Collect the following info information into a Google Sheet: Business name Address Phone number Email (owner/manager if available) Instagram handle (if available) Proof link or screenshot showing Square usage Project Scope Start with a sample of 5 cafés in San Jose, CA. If the process looks good, expand to cover the full city. This will be ongoing, city-by-city work across the U.S.
