About
We are a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company looking for a highly organized and proactive Manager to coordinate daily operations, manage scheduling, communicate with clients, and ensure high-quality service. This is a fully remote position. Responsibilities: Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Schedule and assign cleaning jobs to staff based on availability, skill level, and location. Oversee quality control and ensure all services meet company standards. Handle last-minute changes, staff replacements, and emergency scheduling. Maintain organized calendars, job records, and daily/weekly reports. Communicate professionally with both clients and cleaning staff. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new cleaners when necessary. Use CRM software and internal communication tools to manage workflow. Requirements: Experience in operations management, dispatching, or team coordination (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (English required; Russian is a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly resolve issues. Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with CRM BookingKoala is a plus. Confident computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Technical requirements: Laptop or desktop computer (not a phone) Stable, high-speed internet connection Ability to use Telegram and other communication tools Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
