Brad’s Xmas Lighting – Houston, TX (Remote Role) About Us Brad’s Xmas Lighting is a seasonal holiday light installation company serving the greater Houston area. Each year from October through January, we help homeowners decorate their homes and businesses with professional, beautiful Christmas lighting. Role Overview We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our team for the holiday season (October 15 – December 15). This role is 100% remote and will focus on answering incoming calls, providing virtual estimates, responding to customer inquiries, and booking installation appointments. Responsibilities • Answer and return customer phone calls promptly and professionally. • Provide virtual estimates (based on our pricing guide & instructions). • Schedule installations and takedowns in our booking system. • Answer customer questions about services, pricing, and timelines. • Keep track of appointments and follow up with customers when needed. Requirements • Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional phone presence). • Strong organizational and scheduling ability. • Comfortable using basic tools (email, calendar, phone systems, spreadsheets). • Friendly, reliable, and able to handle multiple calls per day. Social media manager/content creator Would be super helpful… Hours & Pay • Seasonal contract: October 15 – December 15 FULL TIME HIRE 8am-4pm CST 7Days per week Total pay 1500$ or 750$ monthly
