Description: I’m looking for a reliable assistant to help with ongoing Etsy shop tasks. The main responsibilities include: • Downloading final designs from Canva (I will provide access or links) • Uploading product photos and thumbnails to Etsy • Filling in titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO keywords (I will provide templates/examples) • Making sure formatting and dimensions are correct so listings display properly • Occasionally updating existing listings with new images or copy Requirements: • Experience with Etsy seller platform • Comfortable working with Canva • Detail-oriented (so product photos and text display cleanly, without cropping issues) • Good communication and fast turnaround Deliverables: • 3–5 listings per week to start, with potential to increase • Files uploaded correctly sized (no cut-off text/images) • Listings published in draft mode so I can review before going live Budget: • Open to hourly or fixed per-listing rate (e.g. $3–$5 per listing).
