I’m looking for a reliable assistant to help me with personal support tasks. The main responsibilities will include: Making phone calls on my behalf (to doctors, clinics, and laboratories). Researching doctors, specialists, and laboratories (based on my requirements). Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments. Translating information into clear English when needed (some calls or websites may be in Spanish). Requirements: Strong communication skills (phone and email). Comfortable making calls and speaking professionally. Ability to research online and provide clear, organized summaries. Translation skills (Spanish ↔ English preferred). Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and organized. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a virtual assistant or personal assistant. Familiarity with medical/healthcare appointment scheduling. Available during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. Deliverables: A list of doctors, clinics, and labs that meet criteria I provide. Scheduled appointments with confirmations. Notes and translations of important details (in English).
