Our client is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support a Director with email management, scheduling, and data upkeep. This is not a sales role — the focus is on keeping communication, calendars, and records organized. Key tasks: • Manage and organize inbox; draft/send follow-ups. • Coordinate calendar and schedule meetings (cross-time zones). • Maintain Salesforce records and contact lists; ensure data accuracy. • Pull reports and provide weekly activity summaries. Requirements: • Strong experience with email + calendar management. • Working knowledge of Salesforce (updating records, reports). • Familiarity with ZoomInfo or other sales tools is a plus. • Detail-oriented, organized, fluent in written English.
