Description: I’m a content creator (@JOHANNAHinspires) with 50 K+ followers across social, a TikTok Shop affiliate and brand partner. I’m looking for a VA to support me on several fronts so I can focus on creating. Responsibilities: • Manage my email inbox: filter brand/affiliate enquiries, flag high-priority deals, draft replies (you’ll follow my tone: down-to-earth, friendly). • Manage and coordinate brand deal calendar: set deliverables, update my calendar (e.g., Google Calendar), reminders, follow-ups. • Outreach & negotiation support: research new brands, craft pitch templates, schedule calls, track negotiation status in a spreadsheet/CRM. • Content repurposing: Take my TikTok videos (or other raw content) and help repurpose them for YouTube, Instagram (feed, stories, reels), Facebook, LTK, Pinterest; including scheduling posts, adding links, tracking analytics. • Automation/setup: Use scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite or equivalent), link tracking (affiliate links, tags) • Weekly reporting: A short summary of what was done, upcoming deliverables, any issues, optimization suggestions. Requirements: • Proven experience as a VA supporting content creators/brands (portfolio or strong testimonials) • Skilled with Google Workspace, calendar/scheduling tools, spreadsheets/CRM (e.g., Airtable, Notion) • Comfortable with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and scheduling/automation tools • Good written English, ability to write friendly, professional emails & pitches • Proactive mindset — you tell me what needs doing; I don’t micromanage • Reliable (prefer working U.S. hours overlap or a set window that aligns with U.S. Eastern time) Budget & hiring structure: I’m looking initially for [e.g., 10 hrs/week] at a rate of approx $12/hr (or a fixed-monthly retainer) with a trial period to evaluate fit.
