We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant with cold calling experience to support our hotel outreach efforts for government contracts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Description: We are a certified Women-Owned Small Business preparing a proposal for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA is seeking local hotels near Seattle to provide lodging for Veterans’ families through an overflow lodging contract. We need a reliable assistant to call a list of hotels (we will provide phone numbers, script, and spreadsheet) to: Ask for the Sales Manager or General Manager Collect their contact details (name, email, phone) Confirm ADA compliance, amenities (Wi-Fi, breakfast, parking, housekeeping), and billing options (Net-30 invoicing, per diem rate acceptance)
