We are looking for a motivated and reliable Outbound Cold Caller to join our team for a long-term outreach role. We run a U.S.-based financial operations agency and we need someone who can make consistent outbound calls to businesses and follow a simple, proven script. This is a pay-per-call position: $0.20 per completed dial Bonuses for booked appointments Daily & weekly call quotas available Long-term, consistent work If you are experienced, hungry, and want reliable daily work, this is for you. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to U.S. business owners Follow our script (already made) Log call results in our CRM or Google Sheet Book qualified appointments on our calendar Handle basic objection responses Maintain daily consistency and volume Requirements: Clear English (neutral accent preferred) Strong communication skills Experience in cold calling or sales (preferred but not required) Reliable internet & quiet workspace Ability to make 100+ dials/day Available for U.S. hours (we’re flexible) Compensation: $0.20 per completed outbound dial $5 bonus per booked appointment Extra weekly performance bonuses Paid twice per week To Apply, Please Answer These Questions: Do you have experience in cold calling or appointment setting?
