Core Responsibilities 1. Scheduling & Calendar Management Schedule internal and external meetings for the CEO and team Manage calendar conflicts, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups Coordinate podcast recording sessions and guest interviews 2. Social Media Scheduling & Posting Schedule and publish content across all major platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, X) Maintain the weekly posting calendar Upload videos, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and metadata Ensure posts follow brand guidelines 3. Podcast Management Upload and post weekly podcast episodes (Fueling Faith, Inside the Empire, etc.) Write podcast descriptions, titles, and tags Coordinate with editors and ensure episodes are uploaded on time Schedule guests, confirmations, and follow-ups 4. Guest Appearance & Speaking Opportunities Research and identify podcast guesting opportunities Research speaking engagements (business events, churches, masterminds, conferences, live streams) Submit applications, inquiries, and coordinate bookings Build and maintain a database of potential hosts and event organizers 5. Social Media Engagement Engage with audience daily (liking, commenting, replying, nurturing conversations) Join and engage in relevant social media groups Post content inside groups according to content guidelines Monitor brand mentions and tag opportunities 6. Light Admin & Research Basic email management (flagging, sorting, drafting simple responses) Light CRM updates and data entry Research topics, trends, competitors, and opportunities Assist with weekly reports (social, podcast, outreach, tasks completed) Additional Responsibilities to Add (Recommended) To make the role truly effective: Content Organization & Asset Management Maintain a clean system in Google Drive / Basecamp / Notion Organize videos, images, podcast files, and templates Keep track of content that needs to be posted, repurposed, or archived Inbox Triage (Optional But Highly Effective) Sort daily emails and prioritize messages for the CEO Prepare summaries or responses when needed Lead & Outreach Support Send outbound DMs for booking guests, collaborations, and partnerships Respond to inbound messages for speaking and podcast requests Maintain outreach spreadsheets Follow up consistently Reporting Weekly reporting of: Posts scheduled Engagement activities logged Guest outreach progress Speaking opportunities submitted Podcast uploads Wins, KPIs, and blockers Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools Experience with podcast platforms (Spotify for Podcasters, YouTube Studio, Buzzsprout, etc.) is a plus Proactive mindset and ability to work independently High level of integrity and confidentiality Bonus: Experience with marketing agencies, personal brands, or creator-based businesses
