About
We are looking for a competent, U.S.-based Virtual Assistant to help with day-to-day business and social media operations. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both content-related tasks and direct client interactions. Responsibilities: Content Management: Post content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Repurpose existing content into new formats (short clips, carousels, captions). Assist with scheduling posts in tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform schedulers. Community Management: Reply to DMs, comments, and inquiries in a professional and engaging manner. Monitor engagement and escalate important conversations when needed. Client & Team Support: Assist in setting up and scheduling meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, Calendly, etc.). Maintain basic organization of files, notes, and communications. Provide general admin support as needed. Requirements: Must be based in the United States. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media platforms and basic content repurposing. Ability to handle communication with clients/community in a professional tone. Organized, reliable, and able to work independently. Availability during U.S. business hours. Preferred (but not required): Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar content editors. Experience with project management tools (Slack, Notion, Trello, Asana). Position Details: Part-time (with potential to grow into more hours). Hourly or fixed rate (open to discussion).
