Seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, lead generation, and administrative tasks, with strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include searching for motivated seller leads using platforms like Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow, or Propstream; skip tracing and organizing lead lists in spreadsheets or a CRM; making initial cold calls or texts to property owners; responding to inquiries from sellers and buyers; helping manage and grow our buyers list; posting and managing ads on real estate platforms; conducting property research (comps, ownership, tax info); and providing general administrative support such as data entry, follow-ups, and calendar management. Preferred candidates will be familiar with CRMs and real estate tools (Podio, Propstream, BatchLeads, etc.), have strong organizational skills, and ideally be available during U.S. business hours. The role starts part-time (10–20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into full-time. Compensation is $5–$7/hour (negotiable based on experience) or a flat fee per lead. Udòka M.
