Our VIP program is our top-tier, done-with-you service: customers get BrandChamp software paired with a dedicated Community Manager who runs strategy and day-to-day operations alongside the brand. This role is the first hire for VIP. You’ll help define what “world-class VIP delivery” looks like, then execute it every day with customers. The Role As a VIP Community Manager, you will own a portfolio of top-tier customers and act as their strategic operator and growth owner. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale advocacy programs with a strong bias toward execution. You’ll run calls, build content and campaigns, manage communities, monitor performance, and continuously push toward measurable ROI and program expansion over time. You’re not a support rep and not just a strategist, you’re the person who makes the program work and grow. What Success Looks Like (Outcomes) In the first 3–6 months, you will: Deliver visible ROI for VIP customers through increased revenue, content output, community growth, and/or retention. Own the VIP customer experience end-to-end, with customers saying “this is the best partner we’ve had.” Run advocacy programs independently: you can take a brand from kickoff → plan → launch → weekly ops → scaling. Create repeatable playbooks and templates that become the foundation for scaling VIP. Drive measurable program growth inside each account (e.g., participant growth, activity adoption, creator output, referral revenue, or new program lines), and clearly tie that growth to business impact. Longer-term, success means: Expansion and upgrades within VIP accounts driven by results you create. High net revenue retention and low churn for VIP customers. VIP customers who grow their programs quarter-over-quarter because of your leadership. A clear, scalable delivery model that new hires can copy. Responsibilities Customer Strategy, Program Leadership & Growth Ownership Lead VIP onboarding and ongoing strategy for brand advocacy programs. Build quarterly strategy plans and monthly/weekly execution roadmaps per customer. Recommend and implement tactics across ambassadors, affiliates, influencers, and creators based on what actually drives performance. Identify growth opportunities inside accounts (new campaigns, features, expansions, upsells). Own program expansion: set growth targets with customers, propose the path to get there, and execute against it. Proactively surface and lead upgrade/expansion conversations when results + customer goals support it. Program Operations & Community Management Run the customer’s day-to-day program operations in BrandChamp. Create and manage campaigns, activities, rewards, recruitment, and communication workflows. Maintain brand voice and community health; keep participants engaged and productive. Coordinate with customer stakeholders to gather inputs and ship outputs fast. Calls, Content, and Client Communication Own recurring customer calls (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly), including agenda, materials, follow-ups, and next steps. Confidently advise senior marketing/ecommerce leaders and earn trust quickly. Create or oversee creation of campaign assets (briefs, emails, community posts, landing pages, activity prompts, creator guidelines). Keep customers informed with clear updates, performance insights, and action plans. Reporting, Optimization & Growth Metrics Track program KPIs and business impact (sales, content volume/quality, engagement, referral growth, CAC efficiency, etc.). Deliver simple, confident reporting that ties community activity to ROI. Report on growth progress vs. targets and adjust strategy to stay on track. Test new ideas, learn fast, and continuously improve program performance. Building the VIP Function Help shape our service model, SOPs, playbooks, templates, and internal training. Provide product feedback from the field to help BrandChamp build what VIP customers need most. Be a culture-setter for how we serve our highest-value customers. Ideal Background You’re likely a great fit if you have: 3–7+ years in agency, community, or creator/ambassador marketing roles working directly with clients. Deep hands-on experience running ambassador, affiliate, influencer, creator, or advocacy programs for ecommerce or consumer brands. Strong understanding of what drives performance in community-led growth. A track record of creating campaigns and content that get shipped and perform, not just ideas. Experience navigating multiple stakeholders and high expectations. Required Skills Client-facing excellence: you’re confident, clear, and trusted on calls; you can lead rooms. Operational horsepower: you’re organized, fast, and reliable; you don’t drop balls. Strategic judgment: you know what matters, what doesn’t, and how to focus on ROI. Ownership mentality: you don’t wait to be told, your default is “I’ve got it.” Nice-to-Have Prior experience as a community manager, creator manager, or influencer/affiliate lead. Familiarity with BrandChamp, Circle, Shopify ecosystem tools, or similar platforms. Experience in performance marketing or lifecycle/CRM work tied to community programs. Working Style Comfortable with ambiguity; excited to help build the plane while flying it. Strong preference for action and momentum over perfection.
