Responsibilities: Edit raw video/audio footage into full podcast episodes (30–60 minutes each). Add intro/outro, transitions, lower thirds, and simple animations. Sync and balance audio tracks (remove background noise, adjust volume, enhance clarity). Insert logos, overlays, and branded elements. Cut out mistakes, long pauses, or filler content to keep the flow smooth. Export final versions optimized for YouTube, Spotify (video podcast), and social media clips. Requirements: Proven experience editing podcasts or video interviews. Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). Ability to add subtitles/captions (a plus). Creative eye for pacing, flow, and visual engagement. Reliable communication and quick turnaround times.
