I produce: Long-form YouTube videos (20–40 minutes) Home & community tours Talking-head videos filmed in my office Local Central Florida news commentary Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts — 60 seconds or less) I’m looking for a reliable, creative video editor who can help me produce clean, engaging, modern edits that match today’s YouTube & social video standards. This is a long-term position with consistent weekly work. RESPONSIBILITIES Long-Form YouTube Editing Edit YouTube videos (20–40 minutes) Add captions (as needed), transitions, sound design, color adjustments Insert B-roll, maps, article screenshots, real estate overlays Use pacing techniques for high retention (zoom-ins, jump cuts, hooks) Short-Form Editing Edit multiple short videos weekly (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) Add on-screen text, subtitles, zooms, and engaging transitions Follow trending editing styles Home Tours & Real Estate Content Organize and clean up raw home tour footage Stabilize clips and fix exposure Add property details (price, sq ft, beds/baths) Insert community/location highlight visuals Local News Commentary Videos Edit talking-head commentary Add screenshots, maps, headlines, B-roll Maintain fast, engaging pacing REQUIREMENTS Experience editing videos (YouTube or short-form preferred) Ability to follow brand style and direction Strong attention to detail Good English comprehension Access to your own editing software Ability to work with Google Drive Reliable communication HOW TO APPLY Please respond with the following: Links to 3–5 of your BEST video edits Your answers to these questions: What editing software do you use?
