Our events are vibrant, soulful, and cinematic — we’re building a premium, culture-driven content machine that tells stories of real people, real connection, and real energy. We’re looking for skilled, creative video editors who can help bring our events to life through dynamic and emotionally resonant editing. Each editor will specialize in a specific category of content, based on your strongest skill set. Available Roles (Choose ONE specialty to apply for) 1) Event Recap & Montage Editor Style: Fast-paced, cinematic storytelling with rhythm, atmosphere, and emotion. What you’ll edit: Full event recap videos (~30 seconds) Montage-style reels with text on screen (~7–15 seconds) Ideal candidate: Strong sense of pacing and transitions Skilled at matching cuts to music beats Able to make videos feel immersive and cinematic 2) Interview Content Editor Style: Polished, story-driven edits built around real conversations that keep viewers fully engaged. What you’ll edit: Interview reels (~45–60 seconds) Occasional longer conversational clips for YouTube or Instagram when needed Ideal candidate: Skilled at keeping the entire video engaging by using the best and most impactful moments Strong sense of what hooks viewers early and keeps their attention throughout Excellent with audio cleanup, jump cuts, and captions Understands narrative flow and emotional pacing 3) Skits & Trends Editor Style: Quick, engaging, platform-native social edits. What you’ll edit: Short skits or trend videos (~15–20 seconds) Trend-based edits using current sounds or transitions Ideal candidate: Deep understanding of current social media trends Fast turnaround for Reels and TikTok Creative with captions, sound syncing, and comedic timing What We’re Looking For Overall Reliable, communicative editors who meet deadlines Familiarity with short-form content (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) Ability to deliver in vertical 9:16 format Fluent in English Open to feedback and collaboration Organized with file delivery and versioning
