Video Editor Needed for Long-Form Teaching Content (Evergreen Course) Job Description I’m looking for a **skilled, detail-oriented video editor** to help me convert long-form live teaching recordings into a clean, structured **evergreen course library**. Each recording that i have for editing is **2–3 hours long** and includes: * my teachings (primary content) * guided meditations / somatic journeys * group discussion and participant sharing (to be removed) Your role is to **extract only my teachings** and divide each class into **long-form teaching and meditation clips** suitable for an online course. This is **not** social media editing. What You’ll Be Doing From each 2–3 hour class, you will create: **Teaching Clips** * 15–30 minutes each -- (it is necessary that the teachings are complete and not cut short, so these numbers might vary.) * One complete teaching concept per clip * Clean, natural starts and endings **Meditation Clips** * Full-length guided meditations * Uninterrupted and unedited (no shortening) You will **remove all participant voices**, questions, and discussion. --- Editing Style (Very Important) This project requires **attention and precision**. Do **NOT**: * add music * add captions * add text overlays * add transitions or effects * over-edit pacing The final videos should feel: * clean * intimate * minimal * timeless Think **course library**, not YouTube or TikTok. This is not content editing, it's educational --- ### Required Skills * Strong experience editing **long-form educational content** * Ability to identify and preserve **complete teaching concepts** * Comfort working with Zoom-style recordings * Clean audio handling * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to follow detailed instructions exactly --- ### Deliverables * Individual MP4 files * Clearly named and organized by class & teaching * No participant audio present * Teaching clips (25 ish–30 min ish) + meditation clips (full length) --- Project Structure * We will start with **one test class** * If successful, this will become **ongoing work** * Multiple classes to edit --- To Apply (Important) WOMEN ONLY!
