USA Fencing is looking to hire a creative, quick-thinking Video Editor to help us turn raw footage of fencing into compelling short-form content. We’ll provide 30–60 minutes of raw video (interviews, competitions, behind-the-scenes moments, fun athlete bits), and we need you to turn it into 90 seconds of exciting, funny, scroll-stopping magic. If you can transform niche sports moments into relatable, meme-y, highly shareable Reels/TikToks — we want to meet you. Responsibilities: - Edit 30–60 minutes of raw fencing footage into polished, entertaining 15–90 second Reels/TikToks - Add high-quality captions, zoom-ins, punchlines, cutaways, and on-screen text - Identify fun moments and shape them into stories that will make viewers laugh, smile or want to try fencing - Use trending audio and platform-specific best practices to boost reach - Add light motion graphics when needed (arrows, circles, titles, emojis if appropriate) - Stay up-to-date on TikTok/Instagram trends, sounds, pacing, and visual style - Deliver clean, vertical-format content optimized for both platforms Potential for repeated, regular work if everyone is happy!
