Additional Criteria: Proven experience editing short-form social video content (15–90 seconds) for Instagram or TikTok style audiences Ability to take raw footage (and possibly user-generated content) and scripts that we give you and turn it into compelling content. Strong motion-graphics skills: text animations, kinetic typography, branded transitions Good sense of pacing, soundtrack selection/licensing awareness Excellent communication: responsive, easy to collaborate, open to feedback & revisions Monthly: Expect (for example, 8–12) short videos (60-90 seconds) per month (adjust as you see fit) Turnaround time: Ideally each short video within 48–72 hours once footage & brief are uploaded Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included per video Nice to Have: Experience with sports / athlete content, ability to come up with new ideas and initiatives. Ability to source your own videos as needed (screen recorded or downloaded is fine, this just means I won't provide you with set clips). Familiarity with trending Instagram Reels styles, TikTok editing hooks Budget & Timeline: We are looking for a long-term collaboration. Please provide your rate for: What to Submit with Your Proposal: A portfolio of your recent video editing work—especially short-form social videos. One sample link (YouTube/Instagram) of a video you’ve done that you feel matches the style described.
