We are looking for a creative video editor to join our team and help us grow our coloring book YouTube channel. Your main task will be to edit raw coloring footage into satisfying 30-second Shorts that are engaging, trendy, and optimized for YouTube. What you will do: Take raw coloring videos (approx. 20 minutes long) Edit into 1 short-form video (30 seconds) per day (or batch if easier) Create satisfying, ASMR-style edits that highlight color, sound, and cozy vibes Add captions, cuts, zooms, and effects as needed for engagement Bonus: If you can edit long-form videos (10–20 minutes) for YouTube, additional work will be available. Compensation: $3 per Shorts video to start Bonus: +$10 if a video reaches 1M views on YouTube After 3 months of consistent, high-quality work, your rate will increase to $5 per video Long-form editing will be paid separately at a higher rate Requirements: Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) Ability to edit short-form content for YouTube/TikTok/Instagram with attention to pacing, flow, and trends Creative eye for satisfying, aesthetic edits (coloring / ASMR vibe) Reliable, consistent, and able to meet deadlines Portfolio showcasing your short-form video editing work Why join us: Long-term collaboration (daily work available) Opportunity to grow with the channel and take on bigger projects Performance-based bonuses for viral videos
