Position: Vice President, Engineering Division
Reports to: COO

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead and integrate our combined engineering organization, managing a team of 200+ across multiple functions. This role will be responsible for driving performance, supporting existing and new clients, and aligning engineering operations with company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and development of the engineering division, including organizational structure, staffing, and process improvement.
• Oversee engineering operations, including system and civil engineering, OSP planning, provisioning, drafting, inspection, and project delivery.
• Manage revenue of $30M+, develop new client relationships, and support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, growth planning, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ensure operational excellence, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent the company with clients, vendors, industry groups, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in telecom, broadband, or FTTH-related services.
• Proven track record managing large teams (150+), engineering operations, and growth in multi-market environments.
• Strong background in construction, engineering, budgeting, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with revenue oversight of $25M+ and managing subcontractor networks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
