We’re seeking a versatile, high-functioning Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing technology and education ecosystem based in California. This isn’t a traditional assistant role — it’s an extension of the CEO’s operating system. You’ll help amplify productivity, manage execution across multiple business and personal projects, and coordinate a small, high-performance global team. You must be sharp, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift daily. Core Responsibilities - Manage and prioritize CEO communications (email, tasks, and daily flow). - Track and document progress across active projects in business, social, and personal domains. - Summarize data, resumes, and reports for rapid decision-making. - Convert discussions and notes into structured SOPs and actionable tasks. - Coordinate across multiple staff members and departments. - Handle research, task assignments, and follow-ups through established systems (Microsoft 365, Teams, Todoist, and Excel). - Support the CEO in maintaining workflow efficiency, clarity, and operational precision. Skills & Requirements - Exceptional organizational and written communication skills. - Proven experience supporting executives, founders, or CEOs. - Operates with minimal direction, high accountability, and absolute discretion. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and structured documentation. - Experienced in project coordination, writing, and process management. - Emotionally intelligent and able to adapt tone, pace, and communication to the situation. - Available during U.S. Pacific business hours (8 AM–5 PM PST + light Sunday coverage). - Bonus: familiarity with IT, marketing, or technical operations environments. Engagement & Compensation • Remote, hourly contract (long-term). • M-F 8 am to 5 pm PST / California Time. • Competitive pay based on skill and execution capacity. • This is a dedicated position — exclusive commitment is required.
