Overview: We have a finalized PNG version of our company logo (attached) and need a professional designer to recreate it as a clean vector and prepare a small, future-proof set of logo variants for brand and web use. This is not a redesign. We want to use the existing design, just redrawn cleanly as vector artwork with consistent geometry and colors. Goals: - Deliver high-quality, scalable vector versions of our existing logo. - Ensure colors, spacing, and proportions match the attached PNG. - Organize and name all files clearly for long-term brand use. - Provide a few essential layout and color variants for flexibility. Deliverables: 1. Vector master files in AI, EPS, and SVG formats. 2. Five logo variants: • Full-color horizontal (icon + wordmark) • Stacked (icon above wordmark) • Icon only (M + starburst) • Single-color white (for dark backgrounds) • Single-color navy (for light backgrounds) 3. A single Adobe Illustrator (.AI) file that contains all variants as separate artboards. 4. Individual exports of each variant as SVG and EPS files. 5. A short text file listing brand colors: • Primary blue: #003a5c • Accent gold: #fcb933 (Include RGB, CMYK, and Pantone equivalents if possible.) 6. Clean, organized folder with clearly named files (for example: mentaix_full_horizontal.svg, mentaix_icon_white.eps, etc.). Technical Notes: • Manual redrawing only (no auto-tracing). • Keep vector shapes clean and symmetrical. • Preserve the current horizontal proportions, but for the stacked version, test an icon scale around 70–80 % of the current width to maintain balance. • Preserve letterforms; do not modify the typeface. • Keep text editable in the AI file (no outlines only). • Ensure SVG files are pure vector and scale correctly in web browsers. Timeline: Preferred turnaround: 2–3 days. Quick communication and one minor revision round expected. Budget: $25–$60 USD depending on experience and turnaround. Success Criteria: • The vector versions match the PNG design perfectly. • All files open cleanly and are organized logically. • Assets are ready for web, print, and future branding work.
