We are a small publishing company seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage our BookBounty account and provide light publishing support. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy. Responsibilities: - Manage our BookBounty account, including setting up, tracking, and submitting review bounties (an existing Amazon account with the ability to submit reviews and create a Kindle Unlimited account is required) - Generate and submit reviews according to provided instructions and ensure accuracy/consistency. - Assist with light copy-paste formatting of books for eBook and print layouts. - Perform basic proofreading (typos, spacing, punctuation consistency) during formatting. - Provide clear status updates and communicate progress regularly. Requirements: - Basic English proofreading skills. - Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in publishing/administrative support preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully. - Comfortable with repetitive tasks and online platforms/tools. - Reliable internet connection and timely communication. Nice-to-Have (but not required): - Familiarity with Amazon KDP or book publishing platforms. - Experience with BookBounty or other review management systems.
