The intern will play a supporting role in the CCS department, contributing to both operational and innovation-driven initiatives. They will assist in mapping existing processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Through this hands-on experience, the intern will gain valuable insights into the functions and workflows of a corporate call center, deepening their understanding of service operations within the industry. 1. Support Corporate Client Calls: Assist in handling corporate client calls by providing real-time support and documenting key discussion points to better understand service processes and client needs. 2. Process Review & Improvement: Analyze existing processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Support in GenAI & Automation Projects: Actively participate in GenAI or automation initiatives within the CCS department, contributing ideas and assisting with implementation.
