We are seeking a Utah-licensed architect to review and stamp existing architectural drawings for a 4-unit remodel (IBC R-2) in the University Historic District of Salt Lake City. The task involves reviewing floor plans, elevations, plumbing/electrical layouts, and a code analysis summary prepared by our design team. We’ll provide the complete drawing set for review; the architect will provide professional review, one round of comments, and the Architect of Record stamp for City permit submittal.
