Job Post Prompt (12-Hour Turnaround) Title: URGENT: Property Owner Research + Data Scraping (Holiday Ranchettes – Park City) — 12-Hour Deadline Description: Hello! I’m looking for someone who can immediately take on a fast-turnaround research project. I need this completed within the next 12 hours. Scope of Work: I need someone to: 1. Scrape / pull all property owners in the Holiday Ranchettes subdivision (Summit County, Park City) using the Summit County Land Records / Parcel Search. 2. Collect owner information, including: • Full owner name • Mailing address • Phone numbers (if findable) • Emails (if findable) 3. Check Zillow for each property: • Current listings • Past listings that didn’t sell • Skip any property with a new build 4. No need to cross-check anything — I will handle the cross-checking on my end. I just have a busy morning and an appointment with a buyer by 12:00 noon (Utah time), so I need this list ready beforehand. 5. Deliver everything in a clean, organized spreadsheet. Deliverables: A spreadsheet containing: • Property address • Owner name • Owner mailing address • Phone/email (if available) • Zillow link(s) • Notes on whether it’s a new build or not Goal: Build an accurate outreach list for off-market seller campaigns via letters, flyers, and direct contact.
