Your deliverables will include uploading the podcast video to YouTube with correct details and end screens, uploading an SEO-ready blog post on WordPress (with embeds, transcript, FAQs, meta description, SEO title, keywords, and internal links), drafting a newsletter email in Kit using provided prompts, and repurposing the episode into social media content (Instagram carousel, static post, and a short reel script) with Canva graphics. You’ll work from detailed SOPs, so expectations and steps will always be clear. The ideal candidate has proven experience with YouTube Studio, WordPress, Canva, and email platforms like ConvertKit/Kit. Strong attention to detail is key—things like correct episode numbering, formatting, alt text, SEO setup, and consistent brand style really matter. You should also be comfortable using ChatGPT with structured prompts to polish transcripts, generate FAQs, and create SEO assets. Clear written English, a good eye for layout, and SEO awareness are essential. Experience with attachment theory or relationship-based content is a plus, but not required. Ivalue good communication and reliability—you’ll keep me updated on progress, ask clarifying questions when needed, and deliver drafts within 24–72 hours of receiving episode assets. I like to work with people who follow checklists, meet deadlines, and minimize the need for revisions by proactively checking their work. You’ll draft everything (YouTube draft, blog post draft, email draft, and social media assets) for my review before publishing, and I’ll provide quick feedback.
