About
We need help building out an ASANA marketing / harvest calendar for our 30-acre citrus farm, www.marmaladegrove.com. We need a visual tool that can be accessed across our different marketing channels (Klaviyo, Paid Media, PR) so that everyone knows when our seasonal fruit is coming to market, what are the key sales, new product launches, PR events and so forth. Ideally, the ASANA board should also have some way to let the different teams know if the event is In Design, In Production, In Photography, Ready To Launch or some similar format. Attached is an example harvest calendar that correctly matches our season. Start by building it for our core varieties available online: https://www.marmaladegrove.com/collections/our-products Our core varieties are: Meyer Lemons Cara Cara Oranges Satsuma Mandarins Oroblanco Grapefruit Pixie Mandarins Tango Tangerines Navel Oranges Valencia Oranges Clementines We will tell you about special varieties we will add after you build this from the core products above. On our kick off, I will also share key PR new products and events. We'll share with you historical sales, Shopify sales and any other information I have. This may turn into a full time position depending on what you can offer. Goal: Keep our 52-week fruit harvest and our marketing in sync so we sell what’s ready, avoid stockouts, and waste less. What you’ll do Make a simple 52-week harvest calendar (start, end, peak weeks for each fruit). Turn that into a marketing calendar (season kickoffs, promos, PR, emails, wholesale pushes). Must-haves 3+ years in produce/CPG/ecommerce planning or ops. Strong spreadsheets; comfortable with Shopify/GA4/Klaviyo/ad dashboards. Clear communication and calm juggling shifting supply. Success looks like Fewer stockouts and lower waste. On-time launches for planned events. Forecasts that get closer to reality each month. Healthy promo margins and strong sell-through in peak weeks. Tools & workflow (shared and visible) Build the calendar and tasks in Asana (preferred), with sections for Harvest, Promos, PR, Email/Ads, and Wholesale. Each crop/event = an Asana task with dates, owners, checklist, and files. Keep the data source in Google Sheets or Airtable (linked in Asana). Share read-only links with the team; update weekly. Weekly rhythm 30-minute S&OP: review supply, sales, and next 4 weeks. Refresh the calendars and dashboard; post notes in Asana. First 60–90 days Stand up the Asana board and the single Google Sheet (harvest + marketing tabs). Baseline last year’s weekly sales; create a simple demand forecast. Deliver two quick wins: a peak-week push and a clean end-of-season sell-through. To apply: Send a short note + 1 example of a calendar you’ve built (Asana, Airtable, Notion, or Sheets). If hired, you’ll rebuild ours in Asana with shared links for the team. Peter Marmalade Grove Founder
