Our methodology uses a recorded video interview to analyze a leader's decision-making, and our long-term vision is to create a powerful, self-improving "data flywheel" that becomes an unassailable asset. We are seeking an elite, senior-level Data Science consultant for a critical, foundational engagement. Your role is to serve as the chief architect for our data strategy, providing the blueprint that will govern our data collection and analysis pipeline from day one. Phased Engagement: Blueprint to Long-Term Advisor This project is structured for an expert who values high-impact, strategic work and is interested in a potential long-term advisory relationship. Milestone 1: The Data Architecture Blueprint (4-6 Hour Initial Project) • Scope: This is a focused, fixed-scope engagement. To prepare, you will be provided with a concise, 3-page "Consultant's Briefing Dossier" that outlines our core IP and objectives. This pre-read is considered part of the paid engagement. • Objective: Following a 2-hour deep-dive strategy session, your deliverable will be a comprehensive Data Architecture Blueprint that our development team can execute immediately. The Ideal Candidate: Your Experience & Skillset We are looking for a true architect, not just an analyst. The ideal candidate has a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic business acumen. Non-Negotiable Requirements: • Proven experience designing and deploying predictive scoring or classification models in a live production environment. • Deep expertise in psychometrics and survey design to ensure our data collection is scientifically valid. • Hands-on experience with feature engineering from unstructured text and sentiment data. • The ability to transform a complex business vision into a precise, developer-ready technical blueprint. Highly Desirable (The "Unicorn" Candidate): • Experience with MLOps pipelines, particularly on AWS (SageMaker). • Familiarity with the strategy behind fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). • The ability and desire to act as a strategic thought partner, offering high-level recommendations on our planned tech stack and long-term data roadmap.
