• As a Security Officer at SR Global Security, you will play a crucial role in protecting our clients, their assets, and their employees. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by observing and reporting any suspicious activities, controlling access points, and monitoring surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors
• - Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter security threats
• - Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
• - Operate surveillance equipment and report any unusual activities or incidents
• - Maintain detailed records of all security-related incidents
• - Collaborate and communicate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
• - Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and assets
• - Conduct safety and security inspections to identify potential risks and hazards
• - Provide excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests
• - Conduct training and drills for emergency procedures with other staff members

Requirements

• - Current Guard Card
• - High school diploma or GED equivalent, supplemented by relevant security training and certifications
• - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security services, law enforcement, or military
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to remain calm and composed during high-stress situations
• - Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• - Basic knowledge of security and safety protocols
• - Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• - Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, or run for long periods of time
• - Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
