We already use: GitHub Enterprise Cloud Jira + Confluence SonarQube + LinearB (to be integrated) Microsoft 365 (for identity & security) We are hiring a full-time DevOps Engineer (9am–5pm PKT) to lead our cloud infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes deployments. Role & Responsibilities ⚙️ Infrastructure & Kubernetes Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS/GKE Implement GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) for declarative deployments. Configure autoscaling, service meshes (Istio/Linkerd), and secrets management (Vault, Sealed Secrets, or cloud KMS). Harden Kubernetes: RBAC, PodSecurityPolicies, NetworkPolicies, OPA/Gatekeeper. 🚀 CI/CD & Developer Productivity Build CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions: Multi-stage (Dev → QA → Staging → Prod). Integration with SonarQube (quality gates), GHAS (security), Trivy/Checkov (containers/IaC). Automated tests (unit, API, UI/E2E) integrated with QA. Immutable artifact builds with rollback strategies. Automate release notes → Confluence. 🔍 Observability & Reliability Set up monitoring & alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry). Centralized logging (ELK/EFK stack or Loki). Implement SLO dashboards for uptime, latency, and error budgets. Disaster recovery: automated backups, restore testing, chaos testing if possible. 📊 Metrics & Compliance Support Integrate LinearB for cycle time, PR throughput, MTTR metrics. Support SOC 2/ISO evidence collection for infrastructure and CI/CD. Provide documentation (architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks). Deliverables (90-Day Plan) 30 Days: Kubernetes cluster live with RBAC & network policies. CI/CD skeleton with SonarQube & GHAS. Monitoring baseline (Prometheus/Grafana dashboards). 60 Days: GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux. Advanced scanning (Trivy/Checkov). LinearB dashboards integrated. Documentation v1 (infra + pipelines). 90 Days: Full HA Kubernetes setup (multi-AZ). SLO dashboards with alerts. SOC 2-ready evidence pack. Runbooks + DR tested. Requirements Strong hands-on Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) experience. Proven CI/CD pipeline design with GitHub Actions. Proficiency in Docker, Terraform, Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux). Familiarity with observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry). Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps (secrets, RBAC, policy-as-code). Available full-time, 9am–5pm PKT (Mon–Fri). Nice-to-Have Experience with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audits. Past work integrating SonarQube, LinearB, GHAS. Service mesh experience (Istio/Linkerd).
