We're looking for a detail-oriented researcher to help us find UGC (user-generated content) creators who review sports or children’s books. This is a fixed-rate project with a clear SOP and outcome-based pay. You'll be reviewing social platforms and recording high-quality creator leads into a structured spreadsheet. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys internet sleuthing, understands what makes a great creator, and wants predictable, scalable work. Scope of Work You will: - Use Google search operators to find creators on TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, and YouTube. - Evaluate creators using our detailed checklist (see below). - Only submit leads that include a working email address or direct Instagram DM link. - Fill out a structured Google Sheet with required fields (e.g., name, platform, links, contact info, example video/post, and evaluation notes). You’ll be provided: - A Loom video walkthrough - A detailed SOP with specific search operators - A structured Google Sheet template - Examples of what great creators look like Ideal Candidate - Highly detail-oriented and organized - Familiar with TikTok and Instagram search behavior - Experienced in influencer/creator research or outreach (preferred) - Responsive (48-hour turnaround time expected on batches) - Fluent in English (native preferred) - Not afraid to use Google creatively to find people Payment Structure You will be paid $0.40 per approved contact, defined as: ✅ Includes a valid email address or Instagram DM link ✅ Meets our checklist criteria for quality and relevance ✅ Fully filled out in the Google Sheet Each contact will be reviewed and approved by our team before payment is finalized.
