Hey Trademark Attorney Community: We’re Verdira Holdings , a U.S.-based company (Wyoming) that needs a licensed U.S. trademark attorney to handle our federal trademark filing for Verdira, our brand name and platform identity. This is a serious filing (not a casual test), so we’re looking for a lawyer who can both file and defend the application properly, with full understanding of USPTO procedure and healthcare/tech brand classification logic. Scope of Work * Conduct a professional clearance search to identify potential conflicts or risks. * Advise on the correct international class(es) (likely health services, management, or software). * Prepare and file the federal trademark application via USPTO TEAS. * Include the government filing fee (or itemize separately). * Respond to minor Office Actions (administrative or non-substantive) if they arise. * Deliver confirmation of filing, serial number, and timeline of next steps. Requirements * Must be a licensed U.S. attorney authorized to practice before the USPTO. * Proven experience filing U.S. federal trademarks (please link active USPTO records if possible). * Clear, direct communicator who explains process and timelines transparently. * Comfortable advising startup clients and protecting early-stage IP assets. Budget Fixed Price: $1,200 USD (Plus the USPTO filing fee, typically $350 per class. You can either include or pass through this cost.)
