• To transport residents to and from medically related appointments and to assist residents with those transfers, as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To transfer residents to medically related appointments as needed.
• To assist residents as needed with transfers in and out of the vehicle and at the appointment.
• Attend facility meetings as required
• Attend facility in-services.
• Understand and follow fire, safety, sanitation, blood-borne pathogen rules and Hazard Communication program.
• Prevent abuse, neglect and exploitation in the elderly.
• Promote a safe, clean environment in which the residents may live.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Administrator.
• Become a participating facility team member with the residents as first priority.

• Requirements
• Must have a current valid drivers license
