Visit www.ironmountain.com for more information. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead and manage finance transformation and transition projects. The role involves ensuring seamless migration of finance processes, systems, and operations—whether due to organizational restructuring, system upgrades, outsourcing/offshoring, or process improvements. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between finance, business stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring smooth change management and operational stability during transitions. Key Areas of Responsibility Lead end-to-end transition projects within Finance (process migration, system implementation, or operating model changes). Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Business Units, Vendors). Ensure robust knowledge transfer and documentation of processes from outgoing to incoming teams. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize business disruption. Track progress against transition milestones and provide regular updates to senior management. Support change management activities to ensure stakeholder buy-in and adoption of new processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance efficiency and compliance. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements during the transition.Manage post-transition stabilization to achieve steady-state performance. Skills Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proven track record of delivering high-quality management reports and presentations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Execution Skills / Prioritization, Business acumen, Risk Assessment / Portfolio Management, Critical Thinking, Relational, Influencing, Flexible / Agile Qualification Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/Professional Qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA preferred). 7+ years of experience in Finance, with at least 3- 4 years in transition/project/change management. Proven track record of managing finance process transitions (e.g., Shared Services, ERP migration, and outsourcing). Strong knowledge of finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Compliance). Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
